					<description>Since this is the only forum so far where many of the candidates will be coming together - and since no such event is likely to happen before the SG selection - wouldn't it be a great idea to encourage prominent TV stations around the world to telecast it live? If live telecast is not possible, at least the debates can be telecast without delay? That way the world will be able to gauge the vision of the candidates and how well they are able to articulate it. This is important, especially considering the fact that this time too the UNSG selection seems to be driven by power politics, not by the merit of the candidates, which is a sad predicament indeed. Let's say no to power politics, let the best qualified person win !</description>
